Formed in 1998 to manage the development and sale of properties owned by Pope, OPG is currently involved in 5 projects across Western Washington. Because OPG has the luxury of working with properties that have, in many cases, been in the company's possession for well over 100 years, we are in a position to be creative and selective about what is done with the properties.
