The northern 80 acres of Harbor Hill are zoned Residential Medium Density (RMD) and Residential Low Density (RLD). The remaining 50 acres of the land in the north 80 will accommodate between 200 and 250 high quality single family homes.
All of the southern 122.5 acres of residential land are zoned RLD and will accommodate between 490 and 612 homes.
